Built on an EVM-compatible Layer 1 blockchain, the Q Protocol offers instant security upgrades for projects, catalyzing the development of innovative and high-value applications in Web3.
Sustaining the rapid growth of the Q Protocol posed a challenge for the marketing team as it serves multiple target audiences and amplifies its digital presence across global markets. Creating value for various Web3 projects, including DAOs, RWAs, DePin, AI, and investors, the marketing strategy had to surpass regular B2B/B2C practices.
Q Protocol has entrusted me to lead the ecosystem and community growth before the upcoming CEX listing.

Work began on the Q Protocol account in August 2023 with an audit that revealed multiple challenges and the necessity for a clear communication strategy to translate complex products for various audiences, including crypto layers, Web3 Project creators, and token holders. Here are some of the challenges we were facing:
The client’s existing website relied on an antiquated CMS platform and required an aesthetic facelift to enhance conversions.
The content calendar and pack of messages needed to be included. The tone of voice was not part of the brand book. It resulted in minimal traffic, zero conversions, and no social engagement.
Q’s various TAs and avatars required targeted landing pages to consolidate messaging and eliminate conflicting CTAs, navigation links, poor content, design, and user journey.
The client’s Google Ads account was disorganized, and best practices for campaign efficiencies were ignored.
Broken links, no keyword optimization, no backlinks, and lack of user accessibility.
I started by learning the specifics of the product and narrative fit, including their services, target audiences, the industries they serve, and their niche. We identified the most suitable keywords for their campaign and transformed the website into a well-optimized, powerful marketing tool. A significant aspect of our SEO efforts to enhance the client’s online presence involved developing conversion-optimized landing pages and aligning them with compelling copy.
